Gor Factory S.A. (“CLIENT”) (Herein after the provider), responsible for the website, provides the users with this document with which it aims to comply with the obligations stated in Law 34/2002, on Information Society and Electronic Commerce (LSSI-C E), as well as to inform the users of the website about the conditions of using this website.

Everyone who accesses this website assumes that he/she is a user, promising to observe and rigorously comply with the provisions stated herein, as well as with any other applicable legal provision.

The provider reserves the right to modify any type of information that may appear on the website without being obligated to pre-warn or advise the users about these obligations, understanding that publication on the provider’s website is sufficient.



The provider is exempt from all liabilities that may arise from the information on its website whenever this information has been handled or entered by an external third party.

The provider’s website can use cookies (small information files that the server sends to the computer of the person using the website) in order to carry out certain functions that are considered to be essential for the correct working and visualisation of the website. This website has been reviewed and tested so that it works correctly. In principle, correct working can be guaranteed 365 days a year, 24 hours a day. However, the provider does not exclude the possibility that there may be certain programming errors or that things may happen through force majeure, natural catastrophes, strikes, or similar circumstances that make accessing the website impossible.

How long will we store your data?
