At GORFACTORY, we consider Internal Management Systems to be a fundamental element in an increasingly competitive environment where customers continuously raise their demands for the products they require, as well as the security of their transactions.
We aim to ensure the uniform quality of manufactured products, as well as to minimize the environmental impact caused by our activity, guaranteeing customers full satisfaction of their requirements and/or specifications.
To guarantee the quality of our products and service, the safety of our personnel and facilities, supply chain security, and the proper environmental management of the company, as well as our commitment to Social Responsibility and working conditions, an integrated management system has been implemented in accordance with UNE-EN-ISO 9001, UNE-EN-ISO 14001, UNE-EN-ISO 45001, UNE-ISO 28000 standards and AEO requirements. Its activities are documented so that all personnel understand their roles and responsibilities, can easily consult any questions during the work process, and ensure compliance with all requirements described therein.
The scope of the system is defined as: Wholesale marketing of textile products and other promotional items (Roly and Stamina Brands). Screen printing and stamping of textile products and other promotional items (Roly and Stamina Brands).
GORFACTORY considers its most important asset to be its employees, and it is a company priority to maintain good Occupational Health and Safety conditions, as well as to keep personnel motivated and committed to the implemented Management Systems. Therefore, Occupational Risk Prevention is integrated into the core of all activities and decisions made, as are Social Responsibility and environmental sustainability.
The INTEGRATED MANAGEMENT SYSTEM POLICY defines the principles upon which its internal management actions and decisions are based:
- Involve all members of the organization in the development and continuous improvement of the Management System, making them participants in its maintenance.
- Comply with current legislation and regulations in the sector, as well as with other requirements subscribed to by the organization, ensuring their update and adequacy to the activities carried out. The company commits to achieving a high level of Occupational Health and Safety, exceeding the minimums required by current legislation, as well as complying with applicable customs legislation and national and international goods traffic regulations.
- Create a culture within the organization that allows us to anticipate the needs of our customers, detecting incidents and addressing their needs and complaints, with the main objective of satisfying their expectations.
- Raise awareness and involve all personnel in the organization, as well as contractors and suppliers, in both pollution prevention and the reduction of consumption and waste generated, and in the prevention of damage and health deterioration, making them aware of their OH&S obligations.
- Implement control processes to guarantee environmental protection and integrate environmental and occupational health factors into the planning of new processes and the modification of existing ones.
- Establish objectives and goals regarding quality, environment, supply chain security, and occupational health and safety, ensuring their achievement through planning and allocation of necessary resources to continuously improve our organization.
- Effectively assign personnel roles and responsibilities, providing them with the necessary technical and economic resources for the effective development of their work.
- Guarantee the consultation and participation of workers, as well as the training and information they require.
- Provide personnel with the necessary initial and continuous specific training to ensure they perform their work adequately, as well as the necessary technical means, fostering internal training and awareness of safety in commercial distribution.
- Guarantee communication security, as well as complementary aspects of supply chain security and the reliability of information provided or received through them.
- Collaborate with customs authorities in the fight against infringements of legal order in national and international trade.
- Carry out all necessary actions to eliminate hazards and reduce risks to occupational health and safety.
