GOR FACTORY provides access to a multitude of information, services, programs, or data (hereinafter, “the content”) on the Internet that the USER may access. The USER assumes responsibility for the use of the portal. This responsibility extends to any registration that may be necessary to access certain services or content.

Gor Factory S.A. (“the company”) (GOR FACTORY.) (hereinafter the provider), responsible for the website, makes this document available to users with the aim of fulfilling the obligations set forth in Law 34/2002, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI-CE), as well as informing all website users about the conditions of use of the website.

Any person accessing this website assumes the role of user, committing to the observance and rigorous compliance with the provisions set forth herein, as well as any other legal provision that may be applicable.

The provider reserves the right to modify any type of information that may appear on the website, without any obligation to give prior notice or inform users of such obligations, it being understood that publication on the provider’s website is sufficient.

The provider disclaims any type of responsibility derived from the information published on its website, provided that this information has been manipulated or introduced by a third party unrelated to it.
The provider’s website may use cookies (small information files that the server sends to the computer of the person accessing the page) to carry out certain functions that are considered essential for the correct functioning and visualization of the site. These General Terms and/or Conditions of Contract are governed by Spanish Legislation. Likewise, Users expressly accept that the resolution of any controversy that may arise, regarding their validity, execution, fulfillment, or total or partial termination, shall be submitted, with express waiver of any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them, to the Jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of the user’s domicile for any questions that may arise or actions that may be exercised derived from the provision of the Portal’s service, its services, content, and on the interpretation, application, fulfillment, or non-fulfillment of what is established herein.
