A Collaboration That Creates Opportunities

This recognition highlights the collaboration between GorFactory and ASTRAPACE, an initiative that enables the company to actively contribute to the training and professional skill development of individuals with intellectual disabilities.

For years, members of ASTRAPACE have been conducting their practical training weekly at the company’s facilities, where they can experience a real work environment.

This experience allows them to become familiar with how a company operates, develop new skills, and acquire knowledge for their professional future.

For Gor Factory, this collaboration represents a shared learning opportunity that enriches our team and helps us continue building a more inclusive work environment.
